Hi, My plan will go to Geiranger on Mid April. Is it possible to drive the car to Dalsnibba and take the cruise as well? I will stay Geiranger for one day. Or can I drive from Hellsylt and take ferry toGeiranger ? I am confused about the winter closed road.

It couldn't be easier! If you're docked, simply walk down the pier towards the main building. The tour group's building is the small separate grey building to the right (right next to the restrooms). If you're tendering in, you're going you'll come to the same pier as the docked ships...so walk down the same pier and head to the same building on the right. Good Luck!!

Driver was a 23 year old who lives on the island. No I can’t recommend one but the best part of the tour was going up and down the mountain. Views were spectacular. They also have a hop on bus there. They all do the same thing. Up mountain, ten minute stop at top, one or two quick stops. I think hop on was $5 less. Don’t know if you need to reserve ahead. We were on a ship so port was busy.
