The zoo is right across the street from the main train station, so that makes it really convenient if you travel by train. Just be sure to watch for trams when you cross the street. The centerpiece … Full review by kren250

It‘s more like a roadside attraction, and that’s all there‘s to know about this „zoo“. Long version: It‘s half zoo and half botanical garden. The majority of animals are birds. The predators section… Full review by SebC210

On the plus side, a number of the outdoor animal exhibits are spacious and nicely landscaped. Others, like the elephants and giraffes, seem to be standard across zoos, i.e. bare dirt with presumably … Full review by David D

Hello, we are on our 4th visit to this area an still not visited here yet. The reviews are really helpful, thank you. I would like to ask how disabled / handicap accessible it is please? It can feel intimidating when you're down low ( like young children may feel) and not fun if you can not get to see when it's very busy. I also use a wheelchair which I have with me. I really want to visit the monkeys and hope to go on the boat ride. I can walk a few meters on the flat. Is there any information or a website you can point me to please? Thank you in advance for your help Mrs B aka Cache on Wheels

Q:
How accessible is the zoo as I am in a wheelchair? I am registered disabled and have a euro disabled parking badge. I am coming from the UK on holiday in August. My daughter is 17, a student in uk and is disabled too. My son will be 14 when we go on holiday. What price would it be for us to enter and are their additional chargers in the zoo please? do you do any discounts for entrance fee for me or my carer, who is my husband or my daughter please? If so, what evidence would you need to see? Many thanks for your help, we look forward to visiting the zoo and seeing the animały

From what I remember, the park was very accessible. We saw many people with wheelchairs, strollers, twin-strollers, etc., which had access to everything we went to. As far as getting to the Zoo, we stayed at the Novotel, and it was simply a matter of walking out of the hotel, and a short walk across a very level courtyard, to the Zoo's entrance. Hope this helps!
