I know you can bike in City Park and Audubon Park...there's a bike trail there. NOLA parks are awesome! We love visiting New Orleans!

Not sure about a festival, but there’s some free music evenings included on the New Orleans City Park website on their events calendar (called “Evenings with Enrique”)
