The tall building is located in the Porta Nova business district. It is a great option for picture taking (from the adjacent park) but doesn't offer any kind of observation deck. Full review by soinic

As the tallest building in Italy at 231 metres, I’m surprised that there is no observation deck at the top floor for visitors to ascend to and admire Milan from high above. Nevertheless, the skyscrap… Full review by HerbertC249
