President Donald Trump says he plans to hike tariffs on imports of Canadian goods by an extra 10% because of an anti-tariff television ad aired by the province of Ontario.

California Governor Gavin Newsom hit out at President Donald Trump, calling him a “man child” after the president announced increased tariffs on Canada as punishment for the Ontario government running ads featuring Ronald Reagan.

Trump accuses Canada of ad fraud and Supreme Court interference over Reagan’s tariff stance and trade practices.

The Trump administration is telling Colorado to stop importing gray wolves from Canada as part of the state’s efforts to restore the predators, a shift that could hinder plans for more reintroductions this winter.

"Is the new 10% tariff on imports from Canada related to the fentanyl emergency or the reciprocal trade emergency or are hurt feelings also now a national emergency?"
