Not only did the Indiana quarterback guide the Hoosiers to a program-best 11 wins and a spot in the College Football Playoff. He apparently did it on a torn ACL. That’s according to his agent Casey Muir of Octagon Football who told NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero that Rourke re-tore his ACL in August and will have revision surgery next week as he prepares for NFL draft process.
