The three individuals, including two children, who died after their car rear-ended a semitruck on Interstate 70 in eastern Colorado Wednesday were identified as a family from Montana, according to Colorado State Patrol.

ELBERT COUNTY, Colo. — Three people died in a crash Wednesday afternoon on eastbound Interstate 70 west of Limon, the Colorado State Patrol said. Troopers said the crash happened in the eastbound lanes of the interstate at mile marker 348. A Subaru Forester rear-ended a semi-truck that was hauling a trailer, troopers said.
