SACRAMENTO – California's capital city is getting more recognition from the Michelin Guide. On Wednesday, the Michelin Guide revealed that three Sacramento restaurants were added to the prestigious California list.

The Michelin Guide has added 13 new restaurants to its California list, including three in the Bay Area. Korean restaurant Sungho was the only San Francisco addition to the list, which also added two other Bay Area winners: Ethel's Fancy in Palo Alto and Indian restaurant Eylan in Menlo Park.

The restaurant is operated by a husband and a wife duo, the owners told FOX40 they opened their doors right in the pandemic. The other two restaurants include Kin Thai and Pho Momma.
