Baltimore prosecutors announced they would withdraw a motion to vacate Syed's conviction, as a judge will weigh whether he should be resentenced

Adnan Syed, whose murder case was chronicled in the "Serial" podcast in 2014, returns to a Baltimore courtroom Wednesday as a judge considers whether to reduce his sentence under the Juvenile Restoration Act.
