Storm surveys are underway following a night of severe weather across North Texas. As of Monday afternoon, at least five tornadoes have been confirmed. EF-0 tornadoes: One confirmed near Morton Valley in Eastland County.

As NWS crews head to Franklin Township to investigate, cleanup continues in Buena Vista Township after an EF-0 tornado ripped through the Collings Lakes section on Friday.

Michigan's recent string of tornadoes has brought the statewide total to 25 so far this year through Saturday, according to the National Weather Service. "Through mid-May, that's the fastest pace we've experienced," said Steven Freitag, a meteorologist with the agency based in White Lake Township.
