The Trump administration's move to halt the Revolution Wind project is receiving mixed reactions from Rhode Islanders.
State officials joined with union leaders to condemn the abrupt decision by the Trump Administration to stop work on a project that’s roughly 80% completed.
Danish wind farm developer, Orsted, said the Revolution Wind project is about 80 percent complete, with 45 of its 65 turbines already installed.
