More than 90 passengers and crew members on a Royal Caribbean International cruise ship which set sail from Tampa, Florida, on Feb. 1 for a weeklong cruise came down with a gastrointestinal illness, causing vomiting and diarrhea.

Royal Caribbean’s Western Caribbean Cruise promised vacationers the chance to hike Mayan ruins in Mexico and swim in the waters of Grand Cayman.

Over 90 people contracted gastrointestinal illnesses from an unknown source on a week-long Royal Caribbean cruise, the CDC said Wednesday. Both passengers and crew aboard the Radiance of the Seas have experienced vomiting and diarrhea.
