P olice have identified the man who entered a Midtown Manhattan office building wearing body armor and opened fire killing four people with a high-powered rifle, as Shane Devon Tamura.

The guard had been fatally shot as he crouched behind a desk to take cover as the gunman sprayed the building’s lobby with bullets, police said.
