Tom Rafferty, an offensive lineman who won a Super Bowl and played with two Pro Football Hall of Fame quarterbacks in Roger Staubach and Troy Aikman over 14 seasons with the Dallas Cowboys, has died.

Tom Rafferty, an anchor of the Dallas Cowboys ' offensive line during the late 1970s and 1980s and a member of the franchise's Super Bowl XII-winning team, died Thursday after suffering a stroke. Rafferty, who had been hosptalized since early May according to his daughter, was 70.

Rafferty died Thursday in Windsor, Colorado, following a stroke, his daughter Rachel Powers confirmed to The Dallas Morning News. He had been hospitalized since early May.
