UIC said Glenn Rhymes was arrested and released on the UI Health campus — only to go on to shoot two people elsewhere.

The manhunt continues Wednesday for the suspect accused of shooting two people Monday after he was arrested for a separate incident at UI Health. Security remains heightened on the hospital campus two days after a tense encounter unfolded in the Outpatient Care Center South Tower lobby.
