Typhoon Wipha is closing in on northern Vietnam, with its erratic path prompting urgent preparations in Quang Ninh province.
From July 20 to 29, Typhoon No. 3 (Wipha) is forecast to bring heavy to extremely heavy rainfall to northern Vietnam and north-central provinces, especially from Thanh Hoa to Ha Tinh. The central region will see a gradual decline in heat, while the southern region is expected to experience afternoon and evening rain.
