According to Wrestlenomics, SmackDown averaged 1.290 million viewers on Friday. The show drew a 0.36 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic.
There was a belief that Bliss' return would lead to the return of Uncle Howdy and Co., but Mike Johnson of PWInsider recently noted that this was not the case, adding that there's no update on the Wyatt Sicks returning to the road.
Tiffany Stratton is still the WWE women's champion after fending off a stiff challenge from former champ Nia Jax in the main event of SmackDown on Friday night. Things aren't likely to get any easier moving forward for Stratton as she has a big target on her bank as Money in the Bank draws near.

The May 16th viewership is the lowest since November 15, 2024. The show finished fourth on cable behind ESPN's coverage of the New York Knicks vs. Indiana Pacers game. The game itself scored a 1.63 demo rating and 5.726 million viewers. The ESPN pre-game and post-game shows finished second and third with the game finishing first on cable.
