The All-Star starters for the West this year include Stephen Curry, LeBron James, Kevin Durant, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Nikola Jokic. As for the East, their starting five consists of Giannis Antetokounmpo (who won't be playing due to injury), Jayson Tatum, Jalen Brunson, Karl-Anthony Towns and Donovan Mitchell.

The NBA will be trying out a new format for the 2025 All-Star weekend, with four teams -- coached by Kenny Smith, Charles Barkley, Shaquille O'Neal and Candace Parker -- competing in a tournament for the first time. The tournament will also feature the winner of the Rising Star's tournament taking place on Friday.

With the NBA All-Star break officially underway, many fans look forward to the revamped All-Star Game format that pins four separate teams against each other in a mini-tournament.
