PORTSMOUTH, Va. — One adult and one juvenile were injured after a shooting on Chowan Avenue, according to Portsmouth police. Portsmouth police responded to a shooting on Monday around 5:12 p.m. in the 200 block of Chowan Avenue.
Two other girls, 12-year-old Forever Scott and Jocelyn Krofek, 14, had also been missing but were located and are safe, said Portsmouth police spokesperson Elexcia Washington. Krofek was found last week and police announced Saturday morning that Scott had been found.
