LONDON, July 30 (Reuters) - British leisure group Georgica Plc agreed to sell its Rileys snooker and pool business and is looking at offers for its remaining tenpin bowling alleys, it said on Monday.

LONDON, July 30 (Reuters) - British leisure group Georgica said on Monday it had agreed to sell its Rileys snooker and pool business and had received a number of takeover offers for the whole company.

The private equity firms hope to grow Rileys by consolidating in what is a very fragmented market, as 89% of the UK’s 1,500 snooker halls are run by single-site operators.
