He was on Bill Parcells' coaching staff that won Super Bowl XXV in 1990, and then served as head coach of the Giants' two most recent championship teams in 2007 and 2011.

Multiple teams have expressed interest in Harbaugh, but the Giants have been particularly persistent in courting the former Baltimore Ravens head coach.
Let’s be clear: Getting Harbaugh was as good as the Giants could have done. It’s their best hire since landing Tom Coughlin in 2004. The Giants can only hope for similar results from Harbaugh.
