Protests at Columbia University resulted in the NYPD taking dozens of people into custody Wednesday at Butler Library on campus.

Dozens of people multiple were taken into custody by the New York Police Department at Columbia University after a pro-Palestinian protest in an area of the main library on campus Wednesday.

New York police intervened after pro-Palestinian demonstrators occupied the university’s main library Wednesday evening.
