NASHVILLE (AP) — Authorities in Tennessee have released video of a 2022 traffic stop involving Kilmar Abrego Garcia, the Maryland construction worker who became the face of U.S. immigration policy after his erroneous deportation to El Salvador.

President Trump goes on record claiming he "could" bring back Kilmar Abrego Garcia who was mistakenly deported to El Salvador but refuses to do so. Trump insists Garcia is a member of MS 13 - and says the "proof" is the tattoos Garcia has on his hands-- which many say appear doctored in the photos.

The Tennessee State Police released this bodycam video showing the moment Kilmar Abrego Garcia -- the suspected MS-13 member deported to El Salvador -- was accused of human trafficking during a 2022 traffic stop.
