ALLEN PARK -- Quintez Cephus, a former fifth-round pick of the Detroit Lions, has landed with the San Francisco 49ers. Cephus will get another chance to make an impression in a training camp. He hasn’t appeared in a regular-season game since 2022 with the Lions when he caught two passes for 15 yards.
