The Cincinnati Bengals, who upset the Pittsburgh Steelers with a prime-time shootout back in Week 7, found themselves on the wrong end of a similarly high-scoring affair. The Drake Maye-led New England Patriots stayed hot to win their sixth game in eight weeks.

The Tennessee Titans are back on the road, looking to avoid an early-season sweep by the Indianapolis Colts on Oct. 26 at Lucas Oil Stadium. Tennessee (1-6) allowed two touchdowns in 11 seconds in the third quarter in a 31-13 loss to the Patriots last week.

Week 8 started off with Justin Herbert leading the Los Angeles Chargers in a commanding win over the Minnesota Vikings (37-10). Sunday's early window closed with a loss for the New York Giants against the Philadelphia Eagles and a devastating leg injury to rookie Cam Skattebo,

Dallas is also coming off a dominating win over Washington, 44-22. Dak Prescott passed for 264 yards and touchdowns with no turnovers. Running back Javonte Williams added 116 rushing yards with a touchdown, while CeeDee Lamb had five receptions for 110 yards and a touchdown.

With six teams on their bye weeks in Week 8 of the NFL season and numerous high-impact players around the league sitting out due to injuries, the stage was set for a day of surprises and swings.
