Jimmy Fallon is celebrating the Senate's recent passing of the No Taxes on Tips bill. The NBC late night host started off his Wednesday night monologue with several jokes about the surprise bill, which was passed unanimously on Tuesday.

Proposed changes making their way through Congress would benefit many employees, but some details are still in flux.

Trump offered few details at the time, but later made similar pledges to eliminate taxes on other forms of income, including overtime wages and Social Security payments. Those ideas, along with a tax deduction for auto loan interest, are also included in the GOP's budget bill.
