Disney is reportedly scaling back the premiere of its upcoming live-action remake of Snow White, following a number of controversies which have plagued the film over the past four years. Newsweek has reached out to Disney via email outside of regular working hours for comment.

“I massaged the theme of her discovering and trusting her own voice and her own purpose with compassion and strength,” she continued. “Snow White is Disney’s first princess, and it was an honour to be given the gift of bringing her entire story to life.”
