As expected, Cabela's and Bass Pro Shops finalized their $5 billion merger on Sept. 25.

Bass Pro Shops has begun construction on a new store in Loveland, Colorado. This will be Bass Pro Shop's fourth location in Colorado, in addition to two Cabela's stores also owned by the company.
