The English Department hosts a number of ongoing series including innovative poetry and fiction readings, and film and scholarly lectures.
The lecture, titled On Liberty, Reading and Dissent, will be delivered at the British Library on 30th November. Chakrabarti is director of human rights campaign group Liberty.
