The City of Sacramento and 15 other local governments across the country are suing the federal government over President Donald Trump’s threat to withhold funds from sanctuary jurisdictions.

The complaint alleges withholding federal funds from jurisdictions who don't cooperate with federal immigration enforcement is unconstitutional.
