The Department of Health and Human Services, through the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, announced the selection of 15 additional drugs covered under Medicare Part D for price negotiations.
The savings from the new list prices for those drugs were expected to generate about $6 billion for taxpayers and $1.5 billion for Medicare enrollees.
