NASCAR has accused a district court judge of making numerous errors leading to what the company claims is an incorrect decision in the suit.

NASCAR has filed an appeal to a district court’s recent ruling that the two plaintiff Cup Series teams — 23XI Racing and Front Row Motorsports, who sued NASCAR on the grounds that they believe it is a monopoly — should be allowed to continue competing with a charter during the 2025 season,

Latin hip hop superstar Pitbull announced Friday that he has ended his partnership with NASCAR Cup Series team Trackhouse Racing and will be leaving his role as team co-owner effective immediately. Pitbull had served as Trackhouse's co-owner alongside former NASCAR driver Justin Marks since the team's first season in 2021.

After four years of partnership, Pitbull announced on social media on Friday, Feb. 14 that he will cease his partnership with Trackhouse Racing, effective immediately. Pitbull and Justin Marks were partners since the inception of Trackhouse, beginning in 2021 and into the team’s first season of NASCAR competition in 2022.

Pitbull is still scheduled to play the concert ahead of Sunday’s Daytona 500 as part of the race festivities that include “Captain America” actor Anthony Mackie set to serve as the grand marshal and give the command for drivers to start their engines.
