On Tuesday, ESPN revealed on social media that the Sunday afternoon meeting between the SEC leaders was the most-watched women's basketball game across ESPN platforms this season.

The matinee matchup between South Carolina and Texas drew over 1 million viewers, according to ESPN public relations. At one point the game peaked at a whopping 1.3 million viewers, ESPN PR said Tuesday. That makes it the most-watched college women’s basketball game on ESPN this season.
