The baseball community's reaction to the Baltimore Orioles hiring Craig Albernaz to be their next manager has been almost unanimously positive to this point.

The Orioles made their choice for manager official on Monday afternoon, announcing that recent Guardians bench coach/associate manager Craig Albernaz is the 21st manager in O’s history.

Prior to joining the Guardians, he served as the bullpen and catching coach for the San Francisco Giants from 2020-23.
