Nintendo has sued accessory maker Genki over the Switch 2 replicas it presented at CES.As The Game Post reports, Genki is being sued for trademark infringement and unfair competition under federal and California law and for false advertising under the Trademark Act.

Genki has allegedly been misusing Nintendo’s trademarks and misleading customers about its Switch to accessories.

Nintendo filed a lawsuit against one of the most prominent companies to leak the Switch 2 ahead of its reveal, and its likely just the beginning.
