Cruel irony seems to be striking Penn State QBs this season. Both those on the roster and former ones as well.

Everyone who works in and around college football expects a great deal of coaching turnover this offseason. A crazy coaching carousel appears all but assured after a flurry of midseason firings, as some of the bluest of blueblood programs are already looking for their next head coaches.

That makes Penn the last invited institution that has declined the agreement to release not just a public statement but also the text of its correspondence with McMahon. As Jameson wrote to the Penn community, “Many of you have requested access to the actual letter,” inspiring the university to release it “in the spirit of transparency.”
