The growth of one wildfire burning on Colorado’s Western Slope has slowed to a crawl, but four others continue to scorch thousands of acres, fire officials said.

Wildfires continue to burn across Western Colorado with little containment. In total over 15,000 acres of land is burning across the state with the fires expected to continue to grow until a change in the weather pattern.
