A snowstorm stranded drivers on I-40 in Arizona, with some stuck overnight and up to 28 inches of snow reported in Williams.

The family of Ricardo Baez Cardenas says he was a father of two children and was on his way to work when he was shot.

A witness shared a video with WRAL News of shots fired from one vehicle into another Friday morning on I-40. Ricardo Baez Cardenas, 35, died and authorities charged a Durham man with his death.

Part of Interstate 40 was closed in Johnston County on Wednesday afternoon. Broadcastify traffic indicated there was standing water in part of the roadway.
