Carroll wasn't drawn by the allure of living in Las Vegas but by the 'once-in-a-lifetime' opportunity to work with the NFL's GOAT.

Raiders majority owner Mark Davis introduced Carroll as the 24th coach in his franchise’s history, and its fifth since it moved to Las Vegas in 2020, Monday morning at the team’s Henderson headquarters.

Lynch attended Carroll’s introductory press conference with the Raiders on Monday, watching his former head coach take on his new role in Las Vegas. Carroll and Lynch have a great relationship so it’s hardly surprising to see Beastmode in attendance, but it’s still cool, nonetheless.
