The Eagles almost parted ways with tight end Dallas Goedert. Now, he's tied for the most receiving touchdowns in the NFL.

Luckily for them, Goedert agreed to rework his contract on a one-year deal worth more than $10 million, roughly $4.25 million less than his previous agreement. He’ll get paid after this season, wherever he ends up, but for now Goedert is content to savor his breakout year.

Goedert has been listed on the injury list this week (full participation in practice, calf), but does not have a game status on the latest report. Goedert's 27 receptions have turned into 261 yards (43.5 per game) and five TDs this season. He has been targeted on 36 occasions. Time: 1 p.m. ET
