Fear of God founder and designer Jerry Lorenzo learned Friday morning via Adidas that the Indiana men’s and women’s basketball programs have opted not to wear their previously planned Fear of God uniforms.

The Indiana women's basketball team will wear the uniforms Thursday against Ohio State, and the men's team will wear them Feb. 26 against Penn State.

The Adidas partnership has been fruitful for Indiana basketball in the recent past, with the team consistently being among the chosen few for exclusive alternates and special releases. Adidas also signed two Hoosiers, Trayce Jackson-Davis and Jalen Hood-Schifino, to NIL deals while they were still at Indiana.

Both Indiana men’s and women’s basketball teams will wear Fear of God uniforms in collaboration with Adidas, according to the programs’ X posts Wednesday. Although both squads wore dark Fear of God uniforms last season, this season’s iteration of alternate uniforms will be cream colored.
