Judge orders daily meetings with Border Patrol official Bovino on Chicago immigration crackdown
A federal judge has ordered a senior U.S. Border Patrol official to meet her daily “to hear about how the day went” after weeks of confrontations between immigration agents and the public in the Chicago area.
Border Patrol Commander Gregory Bovino is firing back after Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson labeled him "barbaric," saying that kind of anti-police rhetoric is fueling real-world violence against immigration agents.
