A New Albany police incident report released Thursday night revealed new details from witnesses and officers about a mass shooting that ultimately killed two people and wounded four others Tuesday night at a cosmetics manufacturing and packaging facility in the city's western Licking County area.

New Albany police have released their police report from Tuesday night’s mass shooting at a warehouse that killed two people and wounded four others. According to the report, responding officers said a worker at the scene said she believed the suspect – Bruce Foster III – arrived at work intoxicated

Bruce Reginald Foster III, the suspect in a mass shooting in New Albany, was last enrolled at The University of Akron in 2017 but did not earn a degree.
