Russian President Vladimir Putin is now believed to be more dug in than ever, according to a recent intelligence assessment.

Veniamin Mazzherin, a Russian lieutenant colonel who was involved in war crimes in Kyiv Oblast in 2022, has been killed in Russia. Mazzherin served in OMON, the Russian National Guard's riot control units.
