As the latest round of Team Penske cheating allegations swirled through Indianapolis Motor Speedway, the president of the IndyCar team stood outside the garage to address the illegal modifications discovered on two of its cars.

However, it has now also been confirmed that the team strategists for both the No. 2 and No. 12 have been suspended for the iconic race, the cars have lost all qualification points, and they have been hit with an eye-watering $100,000 fine.

The two Team Penske drivers will start from the final two spots on the grid after being penalized for violating rules during qualifying weekend.
