Indoor lacrosse, or Box lacrosse as it is known, is a 5v5 format played inside of a hockey rink on astroturf, concrete or another non-ice surface. Our Box lacrosse academy program will introduce players to the indoor game and teach them the skills necessary for indoor lacrosse.
