Our African lion pride has grown by two! Lionesses Mali and Sabi have successfully completed their quarantine period, here at the Calgary Zoo, and have been introduced to their habitat for the first time today! 🦁 After acclimating to their new home, the lionesses will be introduced to our male lions Baruti and Aslan. There are 14 king penguins who usually go out for the royal waddle at the Calgary Zoo, but it’s really up to them if they want to take part. Want to be a royal onlooker?
