- 1910s fashion | we finally have ww1 in history class and after analyzing a german propaganda poster for the war, one singular woman in that painting made me realize how gorgeous the fashion was. I never really liked it, but my gosh. She single-handedly changed my whole view on (early) 1910s fashion. I’m working on two guimpes (like a fitted high necked and -in this case- sheer, undershirt which is visible at the sleeve and neckline) which will make the dresses read as more “historical” especially with my hair down these dresses honestly look fairly modern imo! #edwardian #historicalcostuming #fashion #fashio
