Today, we honor the life and legacy of Sergeant Sean Renfro. Eleven years ago today, Sergeant Renfro was killed while assisting at a traffic accident during a snowstorm on Highway 285. He was off duty, but as Sean always did, he stopped to help. While he was outside his vehicle, another vehicle traveling in the opposite direction lost control, struck him, and took his life.
