Today would have been Jerry Clower's Birthday! He was a hilarious stand-up comedian who, focusing on stories of the rural South, was known as the "The Mouth of Mississippi". He was a good friend of Ray's and even appeared in his 1995 feature film "Get Serious", playing the character of the Colonel.
